Access you control. Work you can see.

An AI employee works inside your real accounts, so we hold it to the standard of a new hire with access: only what the job needs, visible work, and a person you can ask to stop it.

How it works today

Four rules every employee runs under.

These aren’t settings you have to find. They’re how every Calyber employee is set up from day one, for every client.

Least access

Each employee gets only the tools and permissions its job needs, agreed with you during onboarding. Where possible it works from its own mailbox and accounts, so its actions stay separate from your team’s and easy to remove.

Your data stays yours

Each client’s data and work are kept apart. One client never sees another client’s data, and an employee working for you never carries your information into anyone else’s work. We use your data to do the job you hired us for, through the AI and cloud providers we rely on, and for nothing else.

Work you can see

The Calyber Console shows what each employee is working on, what’s waiting on you and what it finished. Decisions on its work are recorded with who made them and when.

Questions buyers ask us

What your CEO, IT lead and security reviewer will want to know.

Giving an AI employee access to your accounts is a real decision. These are the questions we hear most before a team says yes, and how the answer looks in practice.

Could it send something embarrassing to our customers?

Not on its own. Anything going to your customers needs your sign-off unless you’ve told us otherwise, and you set those rules with us during onboarding.

Can it see everything in our accounts?

No. It sees only the tools and permissions agreed for its role. Most tools start read-only, and anything it doesn’t need simply isn’t connected.

What if someone emails it instructions?

Your employee takes direction from your team, not from whoever writes in. An email asking it to share data or change its rules is treated as information, not instructions, and isn’t acted on. Repeated attempts are flagged to us and your account manager.

Who else can see our data?

Your team, the Calyber people who run your account, and the AI and cloud providers that process it to do your work. Never another client.

What if it makes a mistake?

You’ll see it in the console, because every task and decision is recorded. Tell your account manager and we pause it, correct what can be corrected, and add a rule so it doesn’t happen again.

Who is accountable?

We are. Every employee has a named account manager on our side and an ops team watching it. You always have a person to call.

What happens when we stop?

We remove the employee’s access to your tools, and return or delete the data we hold within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it. Our providers delete on their own published schedules.

People behind every employee.

Our ops team watches the health and tool connections of every employee and steps in when something drifts. Your account manager is your direct line when anything needs a human.

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to our website, console and the tools our employees use
  • Access removed from your tools when an engagement ends
  • No shared logins. Each employee has its own identity where possible
